with a User Name and Password for account access to
enable them to conveniently login to online information
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office is available
by phone and email and we meet regularly with our
Clients and Customers throughout the transaction. Our
services include market advice, market analyses for
reliable pricing, advertising to generate prospects, negotiating with buyers, overseeing
due diligence to meet legal requirements, and finalizing
the deal to a smooth closing.
Traditionally, brokerages spend most of their
revenue on office related expenditures - sales staff,
insurance, taxes, supplies, office staff, etc. We
spend most of our revenue on developing our website because we
believe that our customers prefer the time/value aspect of our
