need assistance with the pre-approval process, please
contact us and we will provide you with information on
local lenders.
Find out how much you can afford to buy before
making an offer. You'll be in a better bargaining
position with the seller if you can accompany your offer
with a good faith pre-approval letter. When you
have loan
Pre-Approval, it tells the seller that you are serious about
buying a home. It will also be a lot more fun to
view homes that you know you could afford to own. If you need local lender referrals,
please call us or fill out the
Buyer
Registration Sheet and we'll provide
you with free, no-obligation lender information.
We request that all of our Buyer customers obtain
verifiable loan
pre-approval.

Step 3 -
Next, receive free New-on-the-Market Listing Updates. Email listings
are delivered each day via your email to help you with your home
search.

Step 4 -
Start house hunting!
Drive your chosen neighborhoods and check out the exteriors of homes
that interest you. If you visit an Open House, give the agent
one of our cards and take a look around on your own.
Print a
Home Comparison Checklist
for each house you visit - end up with a shortlist of the homes you
want to see. These are the homes that you are serious about,
with a plan to make an offer on one of them.

to schedule your shortlist home tour.
Unlike other online brokerages who may not show homes "in the
field", we'll personally show you around up to 10 of your selected homes. Just be sure that we have received your verifiable loan
Pre-Approval information from your Lender beforehand - we'll
need this information to move forward with an offer. We'll help you
make an
informed decision by providing
you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that shows the prices
of the homes in the area in which you plan to buy.

Step 6
- Buy your house! We'll guide you through the entire home
buying process.
When the Seller accepts your offer, we'll open your HouseBrix
Transaction Account and give you a User Name and Password - you'll
be able to fully track your transaction 24/7 online with the
full support of our office.
